Site appreciation

Under most circumstances, we can assess site/building plots through plans, internet tools and information provided by you. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to provide site visits, especially when terrain or access may be challenging.

Apart from traditional manufacturing and delivery methods, we offer variations on two options.

Flat-packed sections: designed for fast and easy on-site assembly. Depending on logistics, sections can be full size and assembled within a day, or smaller and assembled over a longer period but without mechanical assistance, providing terrain and site access allow for this. 

Pre-cut sections: provide for light on-site assembly of refurb projects and hard-to-access new-builds. Additionally, pre-cut sections are more cost-effective, given the method’s logistical simplicity.

An elevated open plan design with double entrance doors and small lobby. A bathroom and utility room can be found either side of the hall.

The open plan studio comprises a kitchen and dining corner, opposite an open bedroom design which can be separated by sliding partitions.  

The large open living space leads to a veranda through two sets of double glass doors. 

The design includes skylights which maximize internal wall space, making the double doors onto the veranda a central feature.
