ABOUT NEWTECHOMES

We design and build modular and park homes* offering individual properties as well as residential and holiday parks. Our unique homes provide modern, cosy, living environments that maximize space and are designed to stand the test of time.

Company Director Paul Sherratt has over 25 years’ experience in the wood and timber frame construction industry. He has built homes in England, Wales, the Shetland Islands, Germany, France, Norway and Southern Ireland. When living and working in Germany he was the second UK national to achieve the German ‘Masters Certification for the Wood Construction Industry’ (2001). Paul has displayed at Grand Designs on a number of occasions, further designing and engineering the specifications for a televised Grand Designs build.

*Park homes are defined by Government and British Standard BS3632 regulations.

External. We can insulate, clad & paint the walls, install new windows & doors, install new roof with extra insulation & increased roof overhang (for better protection against the elements), install decking, steps and handrails.

Internal. We can insulate and reclad internal walls, install new ceilings or vaulted roofs, new flooring, bathroom & kitchen, or complete refurb from start to finish with new internal floorplan and design provided by our architectural design service.
